Bathrooms are different than lockers.
There isn’t really a big problem with bathroom usage.
If “Miss” Converted Man uses a woman’s bathroom, the stalls are private.
If “Mr.” Converted Woman uses a man’s bathroom, all she/he will see is at most tiny parts of dangling bits. I don’t think I’ve ever seen another person’s dangling bit after over 50 years of urinal use.
Lockers are another issue, since total nudity is common and not hidden.
The stalls in the Target store near us are not private. One can easily peek below and over the dividers.
When my ex used the bathroom, I could see his dangling parts.
