Heroic Woman Makes It Through 2 Innings of Yanks Game Googling-How Long Does a Baseball Game Last?

A woman attended a YankeesBlue Jays game on Wednesday night and managed to make it through two entire innings before Googling the inevitable: "How long does a baseball game last?"
The person sitting behind her posted a photo of the moment she realized she'd be stuck at a stadium in Toronto in early April for at least seven more innings. It probably wasn't the worst moment of her life, but I'd bet it came close.
Of course, like all images on the internet, there's always the chance this one has been Photoshopped, but if it lies to us it's only so it can point to a greater truth: that baseball games are too damn long.

Baseball should be changed to 5 innings, Everyone wears full body armor, and it is FULL-CONTACT.
you can not only slide into a base but you can also tackle them, or be tackled for loss of one base
If yu get three strikes you can take fist base if you can tackle the pitcher
Shortstop is allowed to carry his own baseball bat, and use it to defend any plate.

Baseball games are what they are. Don’t like the length then don’t go or watch.

But, she didn’t *know* the length.

No it demonstrates shiny ball syndrome better known as no patience.

I’ve been in movies before wondering “how much longer do I have to sit through this?”

Football and basketball are worse they never end. The last 4 minutes take an hour.

There is no clock, but the length of the game is always recorded.

Photoshopped. Not even a good one. Glare missing from close up; line spacings and gaps different. A couple of circular logos in the closeup missing from the longer view.

That movie was a killer. My date wanted to go to that movie. I checked the theatre schedule and it was playing at 5, 7, 9 and 11 pm.
Great, I thought. The movie is an hour and a half long. Wrong. Three miserable hours! It seemed like six.
BTW was nominated for many Academy Awards and was named Best Picture. One of many reason why I never have watched those awards.

You got that right! The best games I have ever been to have been the Sky Sox (Colorado Springs) and the old, pre-Rockies Denver Zephyrs! No six-dollar beers, no fifty-dollar tickets, everything is chill, the talent level isn't noticeably different (I am not a baseball aficionado, in case you couldn't tell lol)
