My wife is a school teacher.
It is NOT taught to girls anymore. Quite the opposite. A young teenage girl is taught by her mother that getting pregnant is a way to get the state to pay for your lifestyle.
Young boys are starting to figure it out though. A few of my wife’s students have had vasectomies.

Wow, I have not heard news of this before. That’s a shame too. They can’t just wait till they are married? Now when they are older, wiser and want children what will they do? This is terrible.
This is the way a civilization dies. When a critical mass of the population decides not to procreate, it dies and is replaced by another civilization more vigorous (if not necessarily as virtuous).
