I would have thought Nebraska would be Runzas and Colaches....
People eat pizza.
Who knew?
stop eating BREAD and WHEAT and see how much your health changes for the better
Hmmm.
Texas: Mexican
New York: Pizza
California: Mexican
Hawaii: Bakeries (Chinese #2)
Interesting patterns...
I once ate so much pizza and drank so much beer ... I had the runza’s for a week an’ my head had suck colaches ... OI !
So...it’s pizza. What a mystery. So glad it has been finally solved.
Amen. I’d add sugar to your list.
I’d question any food study of Illinois that does not mention breaded tenderloin sandwiches. They are extremely popular here.
yes- replace sugar with honey and agave nectar- I dont like honey in coffee but I love it in tea, hate sugar in tea
agave nectar is even better than sugar in coffee
Oh stop, it’s tacos every where now.
Previous generations were not on low carb diets and they did not have have the weight problems we see today. Pizza is not the enemy. A sedentary lifestyle and overeating are more to blame.
When my wife and I raised our kids (70 - 80s), we had a pretty lousy diet that included Taco Bell and McDonalds. But we ate small portions compared to today, and we were very active. No weight problems.
From pizza to sandwiches and baked goods, we can’t get enough.Today I had pizza (with salami), a sandwich (tuna) and baked goods (banana bread).
IS beer food?
“Is beer food?”
Import or domestic?

Gotta be wrong. Anybody who knows anything about Hawaii can tell you that canned Spam is the no. one food there.
That's what my Son-in-Law says; he grew up there. They do, shall we say, interesting things with Spam.
Spam sushi, anyone?
My wife bought agave syrup for our weekend waffles.
That agave was so nasty tasting, I didn’t even want it in my mouth.
After one taste, I had to go to the grocery store and get real syrup.
