Kasich gets no floating delegates because he can’t swim, and therefore can’t get them out of the water. I can’t speculate on Cruz’s aquatics abilities, but Trump was sent by his father to the YMCA in Queens for lessons as a kid, so if need be he can pull floating delegates from the water.
I wonder if Cruz or Trump can ride a horse better.
