It sounds like someone never attended a customer service workshop-but the customer is an idiot, too-Type I diabetes is an autoimmune disorder, and not caused by being fat-most people I know with type I are not overweight-unlike the supersized people with type II diabetes, caused by too much weight and bad eating habits. I doubt the Starbucks staff is aware of the difference, so they probably weren’t singling out the customer. Neither party seemed to be acting like a responsible adult...
I don’t care what people eat, drink, smoke or do otherwise, as long as they don’t whine or expect nanny govt, private business or any individual to be responsible for the results-they should cowboy up and STFU, like real adults do. Probably a bit harsh, but that’s just the way I am...
