Because nothing quite says "liberty" like coercing workers to join a union against their will. Yes, this is an issue of freedom versus tyranny.

So what? The decision is a nothing burger. The Wisconsin Supreme Court is going to overturn this in a heart beat and likely stay it pending appeal.

I am right. This is not the first time a local judge has ruled for the unions. For example, the case involving the law that ended automatic dues deductions, which I believe was decided by the judge who just lost in the election for the Supreme Court, only to be slapped down.
