The Cruz cultists don't even care about plain honesty, which I always thought was a conservative value. Republicans used to be appalled by guttersnipe, lying political operators like the Clintons. Now they are guttersnipe, lying political operators like the Clintons.

I am well aware of what Cruz said in exposing the democrats true purpose of new citizen voters. Unless you want to discredit Sessions (who we know was offered a position by Trump), then Cruz was always on the right side.
You are confusing two fundamentally different things. Cruz claims his ***amendments*** were intended to expose the Dems hypocrisy. If you buy that, then you can claim everything he said ***in the Senate*** was a lie. [Which would make him a very prolific and gifted liar, wouldn’t it?]
However, the tweet I posted to you was not sent to the Senate. It was sent to Cruz’ most loyal and devoted supporters. You can’t claim he was lying to them; that would have been unnecessary, perverse, and downright creepy. If Cruz would lie bald faced to his most committed supporters, then, A, you can NEVER know when he’s telling the truth, and B, he treats people very shabbily, and lacks any concept of honor and decency.

Rand Paul who is am honest man said Cruz was for legalization as was he. Cruz has a history of being for legalization as long as the border was secured first. That was he position until Trump showed up. “Me too” Ted just tries to lie away his flip flops since flip flops counter his “consistent, principled conservative” stick. He’s not a Natural Born Citizen. That’s why his records are sealed. In 1974 his parents brought from him from Canada into the United States without one bit of paperwork. He was a born a Canadian and remains a Canadian. He’s also serving in the United States Senate illegally because he lied to the people of Texas and never told them he was a Canadian citizen. His records are sealed for this very reason. His college records are also sealed. I would suspect just like his clone Barack Obama he went to college as foreign exchange student, due to his Canadian citizenship. Neither of his parents while living in Canada worked for the US State Dept and were members of the US Armed Forces, which are the only categories of foreign born births that can claim natural born citizenship. Rafael Theodore Cruz is the hispanic version of Barack Obama. A fraud of the first degree.
