I'm a fairly competent lithic technologist -- but, I'd have to handle and examine those specimens --personally -- to see if I detect any clues that they were modified by "humanoids".
From what I can see in that photo, they look exactly like -- rocks...

Are those big boulders the surrounding material for the fossil remains? A tooth, a bit of jawbone, a fragment of a skull or of an ulna? Leave it in the rock, exposed and they can’t call it fake.
They’re too darned big to have been used as tools, except as an anvil to beat up other stuff on. Or maybe tools were flaked off of them.
Interesting, in any case.
