Dear Kevin,

All positive pro life advances are being accomplished at the state and local level.

Thanks for your concern.

Why the Pro-Life movement is not pro-life? When they act as apologists for women who have abortions and deflect all blame on abortion doctors, society, and men.

Enough Clownhall.

Christian radio is now 24-hour anti-Trump radio.

If they will tell me it’s okay to give less than 1% of my income to the church like Ted does, I’ll tune in and listen. They have a different standard for their boy, Ted.

Been covered a million times. Trump is Pro-life, but allows exception in cases of rape and incest.

Like most everything, the Feds need to stay out of anything to do with abortion (including funding). Any decision on abortion needs to be made at the state level.

Of course abortion is morally repugnant. However, we cannot allow the Feds via SCOTUS, Congress or the president to have any say on this issue because it represents yet another power grab. The only legimate way for federal (congressional) involvement on this issue is via amendment. The president is a bystander.

Good article, thanks for posting. Folks arguing a president’s position doesn’t matter are neglecting the extraordinary impact the president can have on the makeup of the judiciary. Of course his position matters, and that fact would be much easier to admit if Trump were convincingly prolife, which he clearly is not. I have a personal commitment to never vote for anyone who thinks murder is OK, not even for dog catcher , because it means they have a lousy moral compass that will fail under serious pressure. They don’t understand the most basic moral truth. How can we trust them with the more difficult problems? We can’t and shouldn’t.

Peace,

SR
