Those of us whove pledged that we will never, ever vote for Donald Trump always get the same response: Youd put Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office instead? Clintons name is spoken like an epithet, as if its unthinkable that any conservative would take any single action that could facilitate her election. I will not, under any circumstances, vote for Clinton, but I also do not believe that Trump would make a better president. Not because Clinton isnt as bad as you think, but because Trump is worse than you imagine.

How about The Apostle Peter? He was transformed with words and love.
..........................................................
I see that you realize it was Saul who was transformed to Paul.
BUT it was a visit from Jesus that transformed him.
Doesn’t it say something that you had to go back that far? And it still was not an accurate analogy.
I just took issue with one poster knocking another because the poster mocked a stupid reporter.
I support Trump and have grown to detest Cruz and many of his supporters. But you are way out of line with that comment.
Jeez. I was rhetorically speaking of course. Everybody knows these beltway pigs at the trough retire to Marco Island, FL.
6?
National Review's writers are charity cases. The magazine always lost money and the website is no different. They answer to their neocon globalist donors, not conservative patriots.
That's why it's been so boring since Buckley stepped down. He had the personality and conviction to push back against the Chamber of Commerce gang. His successors have all been tools.
He also does real charitable acts, instead of donating Bill’s used underwear.
“But instead of attacking people who express this kind of opinion, why not try to convince them why they are wrong?”
That would require people to address their arguments instead of just saying “Look at the source! This is trash!”, which is so much easier.
More like, the reasons they give are never the REAL reason.
They are embedded into the Establishment, and are afraid that a Trump administration will (as you note) not be as beneficial to them.
But you can't reason with them on that basis, because they will not admit to the real reasons.
He has the strings...He can hurt them if he pulls out...Just like it hurts America when businesses move to another country.
lol yeah
Just like it hurts when a business man takes $800 million dollars out of the US economy and invests it in another country.
That hurts America too.
“In fact he has very significant investments in other countries. Which means other countries have a string on him.”
Respectfully, you have your head up your (you know where).
Forbes broke down all of Trumps RE holdings, and 88% of them are in the good ol USA.
Nice try : )
Oh come on. My friggin 16 year old cat is better then Hillary!
I found a dust bunny under the couch. I truly believe it is better the Hillary!
Even a 7 year old can take 100-88 and realize it equals 12.
Which equals strings.
DOH! Guess you guys can’t even do simple math.
I can see that I should have let it go.
“Even a 7 year old can take 100-88 and realize it equals 12.
Which equals strings.”
I take it back. Sheila Jackson Lee is your intellectual superior : )
This is probably the best articulation of the conservative case for Trump that I’ve read:
http://thefederalist.com/2016/03/29/why-i-support-donald-trump/
“...The simple point is that there are millions of dollars available for politicians that support and pass amnesty legislation. They can become instant multi-millionaires and be set for life.
The problem is Trump. Trump is a patriot. Trump cares about the American people not the millions from Zuckerberg and his friends. That is why the Washington establishment fears Trump. That is why they are trying to destroy him.
If you do not understand this, you do not understand what is going on...”
Thanks to “detective”....
So 100-88 doesn’t equal 12?
Or are you lying?
LOL
