Some of these Tweets need to be put into context. It’s not like Carpenter and Cruz were random strangers. She was his communications director. In that gig, she got paid to promote him.
Additionally, the Daddy comment came on the same day of the Washington Post cartoon about his kids.
Look, I don’t deny that there is the possibility of hanky-panky going on here. However, a lot of this twitter stuff is way overblown. (And this is coming from someone who will be voting for Trump on April 19 here in NY).

Yeah tweets are short and can be construed in various way. That late night cheese one though is curious as is the tattoo/jacket one.
