Mr. Cruz’s own attempts at humor sometimes missed the mark. In one debate, he proposed a method to detect infidelity in which God should “give women a hymen that grows back every time she has intercourse with a different guy, because that will be a ‘visible sign’ of the breach of trust,” according to a recollection by David Kennedy published in a Harvard debate team reunion booklet in 2001.
Mr. Kennedy’s debate partner mocked Mr. Cruz’s knowledge of the subject matter by contorting herself to see how the anatomy in question could be “visible,” according to the booklet.

I hate to say it....but every time I look at Cruz now....I see a youthful Bill Clinton. Out of sixteen potential candidates that the primary offered up (at least back in the summer of last year)....there’s no one much to brag about.

(For those who hate Trump - even if he is every bad thing you say about him, he is not a narcissist. He may be a huge and even overly huge ego, but that is not sufficient to be a narcissist formally. Sorry ... I'm not taking everything bad you say about him away, but it's not me taking narcissist away from you, it's the definition of narcissism as a personality disorder. He is not one. I don't even care if your friends who are psychologists say he is a narcissist. I think that hymens are a bad choice of analogies for anyone. Much less so for a creepoid like Cruz who, in any other context, would be one of the usual suspects when 10 year old girls go missing.

You're not helping your cause. You convince no one of anything and you'r noxious. You actually pull down your candidate. I'd like to say 'go away' but since I support Trump it's worth having to listen to you and those like you because you're helping to convince many who support Cruz to leave him. It's a birds of a feather thing.
I don't hate Cruz, I just don't think he's the right man. One thing you'll notice about the conversation is that we're not calling Cruz names or calling Cruz's people names. What we have to say may not be what you want to hear, but it's backed by thought and care for the country. Your only care is to convince yourself that you are smart. In that way, you are like the part of the internet that people refer to as cheap trash.

Interesting, are you claiming victim status? Fair enough but know this, the article quoted has many positive points about Cruz’s college days. The initial poster chose to cherry-pick a comment that was clearly part of a debate tactic. If somebody went back into my college days they would probably find a few things that could be twisted. But I graduated Magna cum Laude and went on to an MS in physics. I know a smear campaign when I see it and I see it here. Have a good day and an Happy Easter.
