And you don't think that when Trump has said he likes the old days when we could fight back and carry them out on a stretcher, then he says he would like to punch him in the face, isn't contributing to a brawl type of mentality?

It is odd that we can blame Obama’s rhetoric for Ferguson, etc. But Trump should be held blameless.
I don’t think Trump caused the protests...there are more than enough paid protesters. Tone and words DO matter in the position he is in. It’s kind of fun to see someone say the words you and I might say over a beer, but it really isn’t what one should do if you have the “floor” in a presidential campaign.
Uh, no Spunky. It’s not the same thing. The Trump rally in Chicago was attacked by a paid mob set out to destroy free speech and possibly kill Trump. And we are now learning the money trail supporting that attack leads back to Clinton not Sanders. (See Conservative Treehouse blog.) That’s apples and oranges when compared to the suggestion of mano a mano fisticuffs in controlling a disruptive attendee.
