It is a crime, punishable by imprisonment, to "knowingly impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions" in locations guarded by the Secret Service, including places where individuals under Secret Service protection are temporarily located.
In other words, because Trump was assigned Secret Service protection back in November, it's a crime punishable by imprisonment to protest at his campaign rallies. Free speech doesn't apply at these rallies because protests are considered "knowingly impeding or disrupting the orderly conduct" of an "official function." Until his Secret Service protection is revoked (if it ever is), Trump can lawfully kick protesters out of his rallies no matter what they do.
Why isn't this mentioned every time someone has to be kicked out of a Trump Rally? If those protestors weren't there illegally in the first place, they wouldn't have to be roughed up and kicked out. Trump should demand that every other candidate denounce illegal activities at all of their respective rallies.
So the anti-Trump protesters have been the ones breaking the law all along at his previous rallies and certainly violated all kinds of Constitutional rights last night.
You don't see Trump supporters breaking the law like this.
The fact that these protests have been illegal all along (and thus Trump has every right to have the law-breakers kicked out by force) and the GOPe candidates have sided with the Chicago thugs makes Cruz, Rubio and Kasich all the more revolting.

Cruz will say that this law has no application with Trump, because Trump encouraged the lawbreaking.

Trump dealt with this at the KC rally. Going forward, disrupters will be arrested and charged.
About time!!!!

Charge ‘em and lock ‘em up without bail.

Cruz sided with BLM and OWS yesterday. He will pay a heavy political price for that.

And without consulting the statute, I’m going to guess it’s illegal to physically attack a secret service protected candidate.
It’s scary that not one station says these leftists have to stop, instead it’s 100% “Trump bears responsibility”.

We definitely now know who the enemy is. And there are a lot more than most realized. The gop is in bed with the lefties and they’d just as soon see us all dead.

A political rally isn’t a government function.

..”knowingly impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions...
A stump speech by a candidate running in a primary held by a political party doesn’t seem to qualify as orderly conduct of government business or an ‘’Official function’’.. Political parties are not part of the government.

‘In bed with’? More like two different sides of the same coin more often than not. Penn and Teller, same act, tow different entities.

As a Presidential candidate with official secret service protect it would qualify, I’m sure.

To: RedStateRocker
I forgot the media. It’s us against them.
I understand how they’re afraid. But they’d better be more afraid of what will happen if they continue their crap.
