All three shots from behind Mr. Finicum. The shooters were not shooting in fear of a drawn weapon, as they were shooting from rifle positions at a distance (no threat if a handgun was produced, by an average shooter, even an expert shooter). The killing shot came from another angle, entering right lower back and coursing upwards, taking out the top of the kidney, perforating the diaphragm and the lower lobe of the right lung, then going through the right ventricle (lower part of the heart, right side) and exiting near the left nipple. Two shots to the upper left and one the lower right back. These were not intended to disable— they were to kill. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Along with the new split screen video (fbi aerial and one recorded by a phone inside the vehicle— can hear the shots as they were made, and further, that the police continued to shoot into the doors and windows of the SUV, without knowing the presence of a young girl and two other occupants (afa is known, unarmed). This was indeed, as the report says-—”homicide”. Was this, in any way justified? It was no doubt judicially approved, but justified?
I. GUNSHOT WOUND OF THE LEFT SHOULDER:
A. Indeterminate-range gunshot entrance wound of the posterior left shoulder.
B. Back-to-front, left-to-right gunshot wound path perforating the deltoid muscle.
C. Gunshot exit defect of the anterior left shoulder.
II. GUNSHOT WOUND OF THE LEFT UPPER BACK AND CHEST:
A. Indeterminate-range gunshot entrance wound of the left upper back.
B. Back-to-front, right-to-left, slightly downward gunshot wound path with:
1. Perforating fracture of the posterior left 3rd rib.
2. Perforation of the upper lobe of the left lung.
3. Perforating fracture of the anterior left 4th rib.
C. Gunshot exit defect above and medial to left nipple.
III. GUNSHOT WOUND OF THE RIGHT LOWER BACK, ABDOMEN AND CHEST:
A. Indeterminate-range gunshot entrance wound of the right lower back.
B. Right-to-left, back-to-front, upward gunshot wound path with:
1. Perforation of the posterior right 10th intercostal space.
2. Laceration of the lower lobe of the right lung.
3. Perforation of the diaphragm.
4. Perforation and pulpefaction of the upper right kidney.
5. Perforation of the hepatic flexure of the colon.
6. Perforation of the liver.
7. Perforation of the diaphragm.
8. Perforation of the pericardial sac.
9. Perforation of the right ventricle of the heart.
10. Laceration of the lingula of the left lung.
11. Perforation of the anterior left 4th intercostal space and fracture of the left 5th rib.
C. Gunshot exit defect below and medial to left nipple.
There is a new video filmed from in the truck. The truck was shot at before it stopped. Lavoy gets out with his hands up and the minute he opens the door he is shot at repeatedly. Worst of the worst for 10 minutes the Oregon Police and FBI continue to shoot at the people in the truck. Murder plain and simple. Disgusting and evil is the only way to describe people praying to God for safety and being shot at repeatedly. If there was ever a group of law enforcement that needs to be prosecuted and sent to jail its this bunch. Incredible they are getting away with this. There is a link to the video on Martin Armstrong’s web site. It coordinates the time and superimposes both the FBI drone video and the camera with audio from Finicum’s truck. All exit wounds are in the upper left chest (1) or the anterior left chest in the vicinity of the nipple (2), Where LaVoy was reaching when they said he was reaching for a weapon.
This was an un-necessary killing of an American made justified by following the letter of the law and deemed so by the very government that created the monster that did it.
Not surprising at all. The statists are just getting started this century. Last century they outright killed 100 million people. That means they killed on average 1 million people every year. Which also means they averaged killing about 3,000 people every day. Just wait until they get geared up and get rolling this century. Shot in the back. Fire bombed. Nuked. Starved. Genocide. All tools of the state.
At this point, I believe it was his own fault for driving up to Oregon and getting involved in that mess to begin with. If we all drove to Arizona (or the state of Texas!) and armed ourselves to the teeth and took over some state park building or the like, the AZ or TX law enforcement would’ve killed us faster than the FBI did LaVoy, no questions asked. Also, LaVoy’s issues with bankruptcy and money made from foster-parenting has soured my opinion of him. My parents were foster parents and no foster parents we knew every made that much money off fostering kids. As the Bible says, we reap what we sow. Just sayin’.
I remember the video where Finicum hands reached down to his left side. I thought it was a reaction to a gun shot wound and not an effort to pull a gun out of his coat pocket. After reading the autopsy report I think it was his reaction to a gun shot wound:

I believe the above was the kill shot that caused Finicum to drop his raised hands and react to the internal damage to his organs. The autopsy listed the manner of death as homicide. I believe it was.
The penalty for not obeying LEOs is summary execution.
