Not really, People mistake positions for political donations. Donations only show that you want the politician to believe you are his friend.

Positions on the other hand are things that you put on your web page as plans once you get in office.

Where has Trump flipped on something on his web site?

BTW, expanding and adding detail does not constitute flipping. (Unless the detail can lead to a reversal)

Foe example, Immigration. Trump has not changed any of the wall or the deportation. He has never spelled out the detailed plans, leaving the decision of how to tax Mexico for the wall payments (likely a fee on money transfers or a fee on border crossings for Mexican trucks) He has not said how we will determine who is a “good” illegal (presumably not a gang member) but these are things clearly under the purview of the Congress and thus the concept of “negotiation”. Any president will do this with Congress (except the current Pres).

Election can be decided on small things like coughing fits on stage in a debate. Fainting spells behind stage. Not showing to speak because you are tired. Husband doing what he does best again. World events keep blowing up. Markell won’t change and the German people will get screwed.
