I did not render judgment either way. I am merely providing info instead of just spouting off. Personally, given his wealth and connections I think it highly likely that he used all legal means to avoid service.
And ultimately it will come down to the definition of “draft dodger”. I would humbly submit (only as one born during the Vietnam era, but who served 20 years later), that to the vast majority of grunts and jarheads bleeding and dying in a shitty jungle, any who used their position of privilege, even legally, did indeed dodge the draft.
