Rubio and Cruz aren’t releasing their tax returns either. They don’t even have an audit as an excuse. Why doesn’t that get you as riled up as you are at Trump?
You're right. From what I've read, they released "summaries" of their tax returns, not the whole returns.
They didn't, however, lie about not being allowed to release them.
