Roll Call.
There are days I long to return to the sylvan woods of Alabama because I can’t vote for president on Guam
But you have nice weather? A++

2. Located in or inhabiting a wood or forest.
3. Abounding in trees; wooded.
I cherish the memories of growing up where I did, one street over from the aptly named Sylvan drive.
Yes, but they have to live in constant fear of the island tipping over.
That is a CLASSIC! LMAO
I don’t know, but I hear bears are sylvan defecators.
So say the pennSYLVANians.
lucky we don’t live in too much of a sylvan setting. Last nights high winds took down the basketball hoop that has been at the top of the driveway for 16 years. I let the dogs out this AM and DaVinci barked bc something looked different and I peered at it and saw that it was the hoop laying on its back in the yard. It is weighted with sand in the base and has never moved heretofore.
William Penn’s woods!
One of my lids for a garbage can was missing this morning as I drove out. Must have blown down the street.
Meanwhile, this is going on, finally and with some excitement:
You can learn a lot in the woods. Not all of it good.
:-)
Morning peeps.
morning Neo, how are you holding up?>
They look like hack demo contractors. No high-reach equipment for a high reach job. Still cool.
We had some wicked booms of thunder just after 1 this morning, but the really creepy part was the voice on the public warning system after the sirens telling everyone to go inside.
There will be a lot of cranky, sleep deprived people around here today, everyone says they were up for at least an hour as the thunder and really strong wind gusts passed through early this morning.
Someone should be compiling all this to throw back in their faces later on. I saw one yesterday talking about how we’re gonna all be paying half as much for health insurance.
Just delusional.
