PAC donors are public knowledge. I believe the information is released every quarter. And even when an LLC gives to a PAC, financial information about an LLC is public infomation.

I think some of these Pacs are getting around the public Id rule like Ted's sugar daddy Robert Mercer ‘s smear PAC is a dark money PAC which is secret.
