When that book was written the demonrat party was not quite the fever swamp of corruption and communism that it is today.
I think you should read Lord of the Rings serious. Like Atlas shrugged, it’s a work of fantasy fiction and has about as much to do with the election.
I suggest that you read FACTUAL American political history, as well as bios of the FFs !
