If she was a physical therapist and looking at his foot, WHY did she have to be in the locker room? Couldn't she be in a room outside the locker room, where she could see team members AFTER they had showered and dressed?

A female doctor wouldn't have any problem with male testicles or butts.........Except maybe yours.

But then again it's YOU who are in the female doctor's office.

A female trainer who has total access to a college men's locker room filled with teenage kids should be prepared for whatever pranks are sent her way. If she can't then she has no business being there.

This took place in a MEN'S LOCKER ROOM.

A rational question to ask is "what is a woman doing in a men's locker room?" but I'm pretty sure that you're more interested in forcing men to act like women than rationality.
