Well, that's something. At that age that would have me dream about the possibilities for many years. And though the possibilities would have been close to one billion to one, I would have dreamed.

I was able to get HGWT on a one day Amazon/Canada deal for $45 shipped for the complete 6 seasons. I am just starting season 2 and enjoying it. I forgot that another series I bought on DVD fairly cheaply was Bat Masterson. This is another good half-hour TV show that was syndicated by ZIV in the 50s. I really like Gene Barry in the title role. Besides being quite suave with the cane and derby, he plays the character as utterly fearless and with a touch of humor, sort of like a James Bond in the old west. The quality of the DVDs is quite good.
There is one episode missing ("Terror on the Trinity") from the DVD collection because of a rights issue. I was able to record that one off Encore Westerns (when I still had that channel), so my collection is complete.
