Megyn Kelly and Donald Trump
Canada Free Press ^ | 02/08/2016 | Nelson Hultberg

I watched the GOP debates from New Hampshire this weekend, but endured only 30 minutes of the Iowa debate. I cannot watch Megyn Kelly without feeling repulsed. She is the hatchet girl for Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News to take down Donald Trump’s challenge of the establishment. She fancies herself a daring journalist, but hasn’t got the intellect to grasp the big picture, which is what is required to really be daring.

Yes, she’s beautiful, but clearly a statist mentality ignorant of the crucial role of ideology in history. This comes through repeatedly in her interviews, which naturally are gratefully acknowledged by the elites who ardently rave about Megyn Kelly and put her mug on Vanity Fair’s cover. All this fawning by Madison Avenue and the corporatists has made her think she’s a real powerhouse for truth, liberty and justice.

Unfortunately, Meggie girl, if the establishment is raving about you, you are not on the side of truth, liberty and justice. You’re what Lenin termed a “useful idiot.” The neocons at Fox are using you because you’re beautiful, not because of any cerebral capacities or daring you imagine yourself to possess. If you were truly cerebral and daring you would see the evil of Demopublican statism and cleverly challenge it rather than being its lap dog. The CNBC clowns bow and scrape in front of Wall Street; you’re the political equivalent for Washington.

I did not click the link. Is the aurhor aware Kelly did not moderate the debate in New Hampshire?

I have a feeling that in the next FOX debate if Trump is unfairly treated he will bring Rupert Murdoch into the conversation...and not in a good way at all!

There is a LOT of ammo to be used :-)

Imagine the blood draining from the moderators faces as Trump stomps Murdoch on live TV.

They would be rendered mute.

You have to be stupid to not see her entire show and her fake "guests" are all a setup to get Trump.

She shows zero respect for the intelligence of her viewers because she is blatantly and selfishly carrying out a personal vendetta.

I have to believe the persistent rumors out of NY about her being Hume's girlfriend, because, how else do you explain Fox's horrific judgment in allowing her to continue in this vain.

The same source provided the rumor about Shepherd Smith's boyfriend working there and causing trouble - and that turned out to be true.

Hume did not deny they were inseparable when he worked there, instead, he said that led to the reports.

Beck was signed as a Fox News contributor just to come in and slime Trump.

It could not be any more obvious.

I think she’s smart and pretty...but I don’t agree with her, refuse to watch her anymore, and think she’s a bitch.

Plus, her new hairstyle is weird.

I’m pretty sure she brought Mikey The Toad Moore on her show when she did as an “In Your Face” to conservatives. I can’t think of any other reason why she would do that.

I’ve noticed that her mannerisms are very similar to that of Rachel Maddow.

I never like Megyn Kelly even before this whole Trump thing started and I never thought she was very appealing physically.

There is something very fake and insincere about her a lot like when the Nazis were very sweet to the Jews before they marched them into the ovens.

I stopped cold turkey. I did not even let the candidates walk off of the stage. I turned FNC off and have not been back since.

When Hannity was kicked to 10pm, giving Kelly that prime time, she showed her true self and began her trap and gotcha type of interviews. It wasn’t pretty. She had to be in the drivers seat and she was relentless. I’m not sure what she was trying to prove, but she was a viper. Lots of Freepers were beginning to turn on her here.

But it was that first debate that did it. I don’t watch her any more. I’d rather watch CNN —— and do.

I m not sure what I’ll do in the next debate. The thing is that Trump will be prepared, and I hope he gives it back to her—— in spades.

Agree entirely. Kelly is not nearly as smart as she thinks she is, which is totally off-putting.

I believe 2 so far of their 2 debates (doesn’t include Fox Business Channel debate). I read that the same 3 that did the previous 2: Megyn, Chris Wallace and Brett Baier will also be moderating the upcoming Pubbie debate in Detroit next month. There are some good people on FNC - Harris Falkner is one of my favs - that I think could do a much better and unbiased job. How about Sean Hannity, Steve Doocey, Andrea T, Kimberly G, Eric Bolling, or even Gretchen Carlson (has her own show, but used to be on Fox & Friends) or even bring back Elizabeth Hasselbeck for a debate. They have 3 (at least) Pubbie primary debates - why do we have to suffer through all of them with Dim gotcha questions by the same stuffy, Dim moderators (somewhat rhetorical question - answer - Murdoch and/or Ailes).

Kelly Megyn: “The only thing I really wanted to ask him was, he recently said his supporters are so devoted to him he could go in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot someone and he wouldn’t lose a single voter. In response to which I want to ask him, “Were you talking about me?’ Kelly said with a smile. “I never go there anymore.”

Trump did this fascinating “walking the streets of NYC” interview with Brian Kilmeade back in May. The real people of NYC love him.

Trump should offer Megyn and Fox News an exclusive interview to walk the streets with him and see what happens. Ratings would be yuge.

All courtesy of Donald Trump, who has made her a yuge star by bringing so much attention to her.

Here she is, one of the many fox news babes, lifted from relative obscurity to a 10 million dollar book deal.
