He basically put the Green Party on the map in NY State. If a party meets a minimum threshold of votes (I forget the exact number), it makes it easier for the party to get on the ballot for the next four years. Al Lewis more than beat the number.

My wife does a bunch of charity work in Seattle. The other volunteers are a bunch liberals and they have no idea what to make of it. Not one has even figured out that it is Ted Cruz’s picture.
