The bad blood between Cruz and Trump is now personal. Trump will take it to Cruz like he took it to Bush. Scorched Earth warfare. If he loses, so be it at least Cruz won't win.
I don't see a situation now where Cruz can consolidate Trump support if he falters. If Trump starts bleeding, his supporters will go to Rubio or step away from the political process and not support Cruz. I don't think people understand how Ted's televangelist routine grates on less religious voters that make up the bulk of Trump's coalition. People around my office were talking about his victory speech Tuesday morning and largely were horrified.

My 2:You’re dead wrong. I have watched Ted Cruz, and even his interview (and Trump’s following) on Hannity last night.
Cruz absolutely refuses to attack Trump personally, so on Cruz’s part IT IS NOT “personal”.
What Trump does, I don’t know, and really don’t think it matters if he attacks Cruz personally.
It won’t cost Cruz.. I do know that.
Trump is unstable and needs therapy.
Further, that Cruz spent a long time expressing gratitude to his supporters and family is hardly horrifying.
The rest of his speech was standard campaign.
I don’t recall him saying anything that should engender terror. Did he threaten to sue someone or call people awful names or something when I glanced away?
Are you also saying that SINCE you believe Trump people will go to Rubio over CRUZ that their support of Stopping “Amnesty” was on an “inch deep”? Yeah go from Trump the strongest on immigration in this cycle to arguably one of the weakest..way to have and hold “principles”!!

Trump won’t win votes by acting like a 2nd grade, poor loser.
Cruz’s support is too narrow to win nomination or general.
Every sleazy move Cruz makes moves me further away from him, he is miles short of good ethics.

I've been here a long time, and this is pretty normal, although with Trump, there does seem to be more fervency from his supporters than ever before.

Trump isn’t unstable. He’s just not above acting unstable if doing so serves his purposes.
His behavior is right out of what he wrote in “Art of the Deal”. The book is must-reading for properly analyzing what Trump is doing.
