The narrative is going to change to: Well we can't indict a candidate while they re running, it looks too political.

Sorry. I don't buy it.

We are being set up with James Comey EXACTLY the same way we were set up with Archibald Cox ("fiercely independent" [not really]) Patrick Fitzgerald ("most likely a Republican" [nope was not one]) the Florida Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore("this is a very conservative court." [Riiiiiiiight.])

The failure to further prosecute David Petraeus -- whom they intended to throw the book at -- is a signal that they will allow Grandma Nixon to plead down to some misdemeanors for negligence and that will be the end of it. Close aids may get felonies for which they will go on probation for ten years and pay large fines.

If Comey were really a "straight shooter" he wouldn't be the head of the FBI under pResident 0bama.

There will be no plea as any plea towards misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance regarding classified information would disqualify her from holding office again.

They keep reminding us that a 100+ FBI agents are on this. When the DOJ decides not to prosecute this will be used as a clear and loud signal that she has been exonerated and give her credibility as the most investigated politician in history.
