Great. Cruz cites a CNN news report and now the whole swarm of Trump supporters is speaking putridity against Cruz.

I am beginning to think ill of both Carson and Trump, and to suspect that Trump is putting Carson up to this.

I hate politics. It makes vermin out of people who are normally somewhat decent. God help us all! The fallen human nature is ugly, ugly, ugly.

I have defended all 3 of these guys - Trump, Cruz, and Carson. But right now - fueled by the shouts of “Crucify him!” by their backers - they are all doing stupid stuff.

At this point Cruz is the only one who has apologized for his part in any of this. CNN has not apologized and has in fact, lied about their initial report in order to turn blame on Cruz. And Carson’s team is refusing to accept Cruz’s apology - demanding retribution.

Seems like the story is that Carson originally let CNN know he wouldn’t be campaigning but then when CNN interpreted it to mean he would soon announce his resignation (which he probably was planning, as per his NH crew’s statement upon quitting) he changed his mind about letting people know so soon instead of finding out when he made his announcement. So he said he’s still going to campaign (even though his campaign website shows otherwise and he has no NH staff any more) and blamed the whole thing on CNN initially but then found he might get some leverage of some other kind from blaming Cruz.

Why is he sticking with it? I’m really, really wondering that now. Carson has been a good man. Why would he refuse Cruz’s apology, especially when he knows what he told CNN? It’s not like him. There’s something else going on.

Oh, please. Apologies are always acceptable and accepted.

NOW, what about the accountability with consequences?

Cruz is a political hack. TRUMP is pointing it out, or else the media would have ignored it because Carson is not a front runner.

Shining the light on corruption used to be appreciated, but look at the litany of parrots here saying, “no harm, no foul”. That is group think approval for political harm.

Who are we anymore? BS. There is no excuse, and we say we are voting for our high minded principles. LOL!
