I heard that some computers are preloaded with viruses.

I once got a really bad virus from a link at FR. The only way I was able to fix the bug was to get a root kit and fix it at the lowest level.

I can't remember all the steps, but I'm sure you can google 'root kit' and see if that resolves the issue.

I scanned a new out of the box windows laptop with malware bytes and over 200 files were quarantined.
