Cruz did well tonight—and that won’t be repeated nearly enough for him to win the nomination.

Cruz will soak up the votes of most of the lower tier candidates. And Rubio will forever be the boy who was coopted by the old establishment men into the Gang of Eight. He was window dressing. Cruz is solid. It takes balls to oppose ethanol subsidies in the corn state. Balls.
