Prior to this primary, I've never seen or partaken in, the vitriolic discussions Ive seen on FreeRepublic before now. Particularly when we all have held the same goal for so long.
But I am now guilty, as others are...
CRUZ or TRUMP; whichever one gets the nomination, I am good with either.
If it’s anybody else I will write in my dog JACK’s name, and he died this last December 30th.
I am for Trump first, Cruz a close second. For third I will hold my nose and vote Rubio.
Anyone else, I’m staying home.

True enough. But I’m firmly convinced that the worst anti-Trump offenders are not pro-Cruz at all, but actually are Democrat trolls who are simply trying to foster a nasty internecine war at FR.

If Trump is the nominee, the Democrats will get an extra vote either way. We’ve been trying to explain that to you guys for months.
My personal opinion is that trump is a democrat plant. the only thing he has going for him in my book, is that he loves this country - right now, if that’s all we got I will take it.
Social issues will continue to be liberal under a trump presidency. I can live with that, because, well, I don’t think presidents should be involved in social issues anyway, we need to fix that.

In Texas I will vote for Cruz...I PRAY and hope that he is elected President of the United States for 8 years and then is appointed for a long life on the U.S. Supreme Court.
If Trump takes the nomination I will vote for Trump.

In fairness, Bill Buckley died BEFORE Obozo took office and before we were confronted with the impossibly horrible choice of Romney or Obozo. OTOH, voting conscience is NEVER wrong.

You and I might be the only two on this board that recognize that given the bloodbath hysteria we are reading about the cults of personality that everyone is convinced will save us from where we have already been taken.
Cruz uses the ignorance of the average American about the Constitution they say they love so well to further his own ambitions. He is bought and paid for by the NWO gang but he has snowed his supporters with his brilliance in the supreme court. 5 Wins to 4 Losses. Pretty mediocre performance for such “brilliance.”

You’re right. That’s why primaries are in some ways more important than the general.
On primaries are over, if your candidate didn’t win, your absolute responsibility as an American is to choose the best of two candidates (forget any third party), hold your nose maybe and vote.
That means republican because under no circumstances will I vote for a democrat. They’ve swing way to far toward communism.
