The answer is no, she is not a compulsive liar because her lying is not against her conscious wishes, she freely and joyfully lies!

Right from the time she got tossed off the Watergate special prosecutor’s team way back in 1974, many have doubts about her telling the truth. Many who have dealt with her personally say a lot of uncomplimentary things about her, to say the least.
