“Two words: Supreme Court”
One word: Opinions. That’s what courts do: they issue opinions, not legally binding laws.
We gotta stop accepting the leftist premise that courts can overrule legislative law; they can’t. Courts issue opinions. Period. The only way that a court opinion can become law is if a legislature passes a law that agrees with that court opinion.
It’s way past time for you, me and everyone to tell unelected judges that they write opinions, not law, if we want our constitutional republic back.
Yes. If it came to that.
I'd vote for Trump, because I'd have somebody to vote FOR for a change.
Its funny in a sad sort of way. We see this every election where FReepers demand that we sell our principles to help their candidate who ends up losing anyway.
As far as Trump is concerned he can kiss my ass. I won’t reward him acting like a bratty little child.
Norm votes for losers, because that’s exactly what they do and are.
LOSERS!
He voted Obama in 2012 and 2008.
A few more words.
agenda 21
Beef from China.
No hunting or fishing.
Single family homes being taken away in Seattle, Portland, and San Fran because owning land is unjust.
Rewilding.
Apartment life.
It’s what I said for years about lesser evil. They want it. They will not sacrifice or even CHANCE anything to get what they claim to want. They just vote in whatever liberal has an R. And as we see with Cruz, they flatly reject the most conservative man since Reagan to keep doing it.
Show us the ballots or be shown as the human garbage your lie paints you as.
Not much but we could save 2A and hold back agenda 21.
Thank you. Well said.
A Republican not voting for a Republican in the general election for President is the same as voting for a socialist or a communist light.
I agree with you if you have nothing to lose, which from your earlier post in this thread, sounds to be the case. After 2012, I wrote this country off on FR, said we had passed the tipping point, and it was inevitable downhill from here. I guess I have some optimism back, now that two candidates I like are #1 and #2 in the polls. In the end, I hope either side of our divide hold their noses and vote for the other side's candidate, as to not do so, puts us back to where we were in 2012, only it may be un-retrievable by then. Then again, I was wrong to think 2012 was our last opportunity?
I think that maxim no longer applies. IMO I haven't seen a President worthy of the office since Reagan. I don't necessarily agree with either Trump or Cruz on every issue. But I know they don't hate this country and it's citizens (aka you and me) like hillary, sanders, and especially obama, do.
obama cozying up to Iran and giving them money surely should be the final straw.
No one asked you to chime in and you can shove it. A freaking write in vote is sacrosanct and never needs your or anybody else’s permission.
You tell me. Things have devolved since then thanks to people to gutless to stand for anything. We are in an even worse place thanks to their cowardice.
He has a personal problem with me after being humiliated several times over his civics skills.
“sooooo..would you vote for Jeb or Rubio? Or Kris Krispy?”
Vs. those communist scumbags in the photos? Yes.
It`s funny the way somebody will invariably think they own my vote, because they don`t. As an Independent voter I`ll vote for whom ever I want to vote for, not for someone somebody wants me to vote for.
