No, the other way around. Americans are whimps. Kimchee, a hot Thai or habanero chili with their meal and americans whimp out. Capsaicin is good for you.....

Yes, capsaicin is good for you, but I’ve learned not to eat much of it in my dinner the night before a morning business meeting.

I like spicy foods. But I never forget that plants evolved that spiciness to AVOID being eaten. There’s nothing whimpy about actually following evolution.
