Only one choke, the game. Biggest choke ever was the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS. They were 2 outs away from winning that series 4-0, then 3 outs away from winning it 4-1. Only team in MLB history to lead a series 3-0 and even have to play games 7, much less lose it.
