Why not? George W. Bush lost NH in 2000 and won the nomination. Bob Dole lost NH in 96 and won the nomination. The NH primary is relatively insignificant in the grand scheme of a primary race, especially since it is sandwiched between two more important primaries.

I was referencing only NH. If Cruz is at 10% in that state he is not going to do better against Hillary in that state.
