Get off it. Many Presbyterians often attend other churches when it is more convenient to do so. We also are not against attending a Catholic mass any more than we are against attending a Catholic funeral. Presbyterians tend to be more broad minded about faith than some.
I didn’t say Presbyterians couldn’t attend anything they want to attend. Most Presbyterians aren’t Evangelicals, either, btw, so Trump’s attacks on Cruz for that are ridiculous.
However, I thought it was interesting that he realizes he has alienated Catholics and thought he’d put on a show by attending a mass...but for the first time in his life, he didn’t want the press there because he is busy trying to portray himself as an anti-Catholic Evangelical. Most Evangelicals are not anti-Catholic, and I don’t thing Cruz is, but this is what the non-church attending Trump thinks will sell with them.
