VANITY POST.

Check out this series on Netflix. A good "SHTF" prepper show.

Was cut short (only 7 episodes for the 2nd season), but well worth watching.

Enjoy!

I loved it . . . really got into it and wondered how they were going to work it all out - and then, like so many shows - POOF! it were gone!

That is one series I’d like to see them start up again. It would be a perfect show for NETFLIX producers to have a go at.

Not Denver!

Why couldn’t it have been LA, or SF, or NYC?

Along those lines I also hated when they killed Carnivale.

Great series. I was one of the crazies who sent peanuts to CBS, demanding a second season. What we got was barely enough, but it did at least close the loop a little.

Nuts!

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

Too many serialized TV shows end before the story is told. I really like complex, serialized shows — but, I hate it when they’re cancelled before completing the story. The “True Detective” series are great; because they tell a complex story in 10 episodes. You know from the start that they’re going to tell the complete story. Too many others spin out of control, with too many soap-opera arcs, or too many wheels within wheels — and, when the ratings start to falter, they either just end (the worst), or they rush to wrap the story up, in two or three episodes (less bad).

Agree. Or Amazon. Either could bring it back to life.

It was a good show. I dont remember lefty preaching. Then it was gone. Prolly good cause Revolution went to crap in the last season. After a while these tv writers seem to run out of good ideas when a drama like these are produced

You can’t see mountains in Kansas. Period.

Your best hope of interesting landscapes are sinkholes south of Greensburg or rolling, cut hills east of Junction City.

Well, there is this little rise out there, the highest spot in Kansas.

All seriousness aside; in Kansas, “All the scenery is in the sky.”
