Independence Day is a good movie, but cable channels have run it into the ground. Hardly a week goes by without some channel replaying Independence Day.

I’ve only seen it once (when it came out), if it holds up so well maybe I’ll make an effort to watch it again sometime.

I’m not against the film, enjoyed the film for what it was in the 90s.

I’m curious about this new one but not putting a priority on seeing it in a theater (I did see the first one that way).
