Rick Santorum is absolutely correct. Cruz is for amnesty he just doesn't call it that.
Absolute bullcrap. Cruz’ amendment was a poison pill offered to pin the Democrats down on Gang of 8. The amendment removed the potential for citizenship for any illegals that the Gang of 8 bill was giving amnesty to. Cruz said he knew they would vote it down as he offered it and gave a speech about how it proved the Democrats won’t settle for anything less but citizenship for all illegals.
