How many of the 25 proportional states have a 20% threshold? And are you sure that you have current rules?

I’m not too worried, in that whatever makes things hard for Trump should make it nearly impossible for Bush and everyone trailing him, but I’m glad to hear that somebody has run the numbers. One question though, what if Cruz gets above 20% as well?

I am not sure how a brokered convention happens.

Some states have 20 as a threshold, some 10, and some 5. None have 3, so, .outside of Florida, Bush is out of Luck
