And it gets curioser and curioser. I called again, and this time they gave me a tracking number, but they also took out all the money including for S&H. So I will call them on Monday and ask for the S&H refund.

What happens when you plug that tracking number they gave you into UPS/USPS/FedX or whoever’s tracking page?
And methinks that you should inform your ‘client’ that should he wish to do business with this company ever again, he’s welcome to do so under his own name..
