Donald Trump REITERATES That He Still May Consider a Third Party Run (VIDEO)
The Right Scoop ^ | 12/9/2015 | Right Scoop

Donald Trump was on with Kelly and Michael today and was asked, in light of the criticism he's gotten from Republicans over his short-term proposal to ban Muslims from entering the country, whether he would consider running third party.

Trump responded that he doesn't want to and it doesn't make sense with him leading by such large margins in the polls, but noted once again "If I don't get treated fairly I would certainly consider [third party]".

This is called LEVERAGE. There could be a situation because of the proportional delegate system that Trump wins a majority of the primaries, has the most delegates but not 50%+ and there is a brokered convention where the GOPe tries to get another candidate the nomination.

Trump then has insane LEVERAGE that if the GOPe does that he lights a fire at the convention and burns the whole house to the ground and runs as an independent.

I always thought he was going to play the Ross Perot role.

And I always thought the GOP would play the role of slithering snake backstabbing liar.

Go figure.

Trump is NOT going to run 3rd party unless the GOPe pulls some dirty trick denying him the nomination even though he won all the states.

And if they did that after he won, I would run 3rd party too!

Why should he? Do you remember the “pledge” where they thought they were getting him by forcing him to support the GOP nominee? So where is the cowardly Republican party now?

If Trump goes 3rd party in a way that establishes a new party and gets rid of the GOP, that would be great! Trump’s massive following will go with him and Trump will be the first 3rd party President. It will be America’s party then!

If you paid any attention at the time, you would know that Ross Perot ran third party because he was working with the Democrats.

The night of the voting at the convention will tell the tale. Political shenanigans will be on display for all the world to see. Trump will be the target as will the American people, the Constitution and our freedoms. All to be sacrificed on the altar of One World Governance.JMHO!

This is one hell of a lot different than Perot.

Perot didn’t want to be president, he just didn’t want Bush to be president.

It’s the fault of the GOPe, not Trump.

New Party—the Liberty Party—Run a whole slate of Tea Party type newcomers. Trump could run for President—Sarah Palin for VP—Vow to work with conservatives in congress —Republican or Democrats (any Blue Dogs left?) Demand to be in the Debates.

So what constitutes being treated unfairly? Like much of what Trump says, there is usually a lack of specifics. He is okay with the GOP as long as he is leading. What if he loses Iowa? Is that unfair? Will he pack up his toys and go home then?

If he wants to run as a Republican then run as a Republican. He could have run as an Independent from the beginning.

If he doesn’t like the way he is treated, too bad. It’s politics. So far he seems to be doing just fine with the Republican voters. It is his job to keep them. It is the job of other candidates to take them. If they gang up on him (Rubio and Jeb with the help of the GOPe string pullers) then he can use his billions to drown them out in ads.

He needs to drop the childish foot stomping and campaign like everyone else. The fact that the GOPe doesn’t like him hasn’t hurt him so far.

Remember Trump supporters who claim they support Ted Cruz as your 2nd choice , that ?

If Trump goes 3rd and as you vote for Trump your vote goes against Ted Cruz and or is nullifying votes for Ted Cruz.

So ?

Since Trump “ may “ go 3rd party ? Any claims that Ted Cruz is your 2nd choice is mute, nullified.

Now is the time of choosing, no more fence sitting.

Also, any claims that anti-Trump rethoric here on FR is some how hurting Ted Cruz is null and void, canceled out if Trump goes 3rd party.

Something to think about, now is the time of choosing.

If Trump goes 3rd Party Hillary Clinton would not believe her wildest dreams if that were to happen.

Trump going 3rd Party will in effect give the presidency to Hillary Clinton.

Now is the time of choosing.
