Only 10 Senators voted for Rand Paul’s legislation referred to by Levin. Cruz voted for it and Rubio voted against it.
The problem with Rand Paul’s proposal is that there are plenty of muslim radicals of middle eastern descent but with European passports.
These people fall into the visa waver program and can come into the country without any background checks.
NO Mark you wouldn’t have, you don’t have the balls that Trump does...that’s why he’s where he is and your where you are....
Cruz was on with Levin at the bottom of the 2nd hour tonight and they discussed all of this directly. HarleyLady27 probably missed it, though.
I had to FF through O’Blowhard tonight because talking head after talking head were going CRAZY saying you can’t screen people based on religion and yet:

(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions
by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of
any aliens or of any class of aliens into the
United States would be detrimental to the interests
of the United States, he may by proclamation,
and for such period as he shall deem necessary,
suspend the entry of all aliens or any
class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants,
or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions
he may deem to be appropriate.
Ban all immigration fora set period — say, 7 years. You don’t have to focus it exclusively on Muslims. We have other immigration-related problems.
Let’s just shut it down, figure it out, and reset.

That won't work. Radical muslims (which is any of them) are already here in the USA, and the nations of Europe are already fully infested with the muslim insects. Australia has its own problems with the sub-human pests. Canada has many tons of the rag-head vermin. They can be coming in from anywhere, and none of them has any intention of living in peace under our US Constitution.
We can ban muslim immigration, and put up with the leftist outrage.
We can ban immigration altogether, and start cleaning up the existing infiltrating savages.
Or we can keep letting the barbarians in, and go down the toilet bowl of lost civilizations.
