Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate

Clinton tweeted that Trump’s proposal was “reprehensible, prejudiced and divisive.” Huma Abedin, Clinton’s campaign vice-chairwoman, sent out an e-mail to Clinton supporters with the subject matter — “I’m a proud Muslim.”
“Unfortunately, Trump is leaning into the kind of fear of progress that very well could help him win the nomination,” Abedin wrote. “We have to be ready to stop him.”

She says muslims are good people but doesn’t understand why so many (1.7m a year) are coming in. She says Trump may reframe his comments a little. She says we need to pause ALL immigration. Trump will not be hurt by this.

There is only one reason why Muslims are coming into the West, to bring us Freedom, Liberty and Peace. I would like to see a moratorium on all immigration for 2 years while we get our affairs in order on immigration. We let way too many people and the wrong people in this country.

How can a woman whose family heads up the sister organization to the leading terrorist organization (Muslim Sisterhood and Muslim Brotherhood, respectively) even pass a security clearance to be anywhere near a standing Secretary of State?
This is a clear illustration of what is considered “moderate” Muslims. Being the head of a terrorist organization is so ho-hum that she boldly stands before the whole country and says she is PROUD of it. This is the craziest world ever!
