Yeah, this no fly list is a joke. My nephew was on it (he was about 10 years old at the time) due to the same reason mentioned in the article, he had the same name as some obscure Irish terrorist.

Let's imagine for a second if this list was actually an accurate list terrorists. If this was true, then these people should be locked up and not be walking the streets, or deported if they are not American citizens. Making gun laws to try to keep guns out of the hands of these people is preposterous.
