Then he alerts us of the next panic signal immediately afterword, saying that “two of the guns used in the SHOOTING may have been purchased LEGALLY”

(Panic alert: “What, it’s LEGAL to purchase a deadly weapon?” We better panic!)

When does Mr. Wait say “Numerous of the guns that could have been effectively used to defend themselves could not have been legally obtained by the poor victims.”?

That comment was nowhere to be found.
