This is spread by sand fleas if I remember right. Since these fleas cannot live in colder, wetter climates they don’t spread beyond the deserts. Makes me wonder if say the Russians or Assad government bred a plane load or two of these pest and dropped them in to ISIS controlled areas? It would be a nearly untraceable biological attack that wouldn’t require a massive cleanup later.
oh it will require a clean up alright of hundreds of thousands of dead bodie hopefully all isis !
