Jango Fett. And the stormtroopers after the time of the Clone Wars (the war with the Separatists) were not just clones. They recruited soldiers and sent them to the planet of Carida for training. Yes, it’s scary that I actually know that.
Not only were non-clones recruited after the Clone Wars, but during the time of the Empire of the Hand - one of the successor states to the Galactic Empire - which was ruled by Admiral Thrawn even non humans were allowed to join the ranks of stormtroopers:
“And you accept nonhumans into your ranks?”
“As long as your world is a member of the Empire of the Hand, youâre eligible.”
