There would not be any black stormtroopers since all of the stormtroopers were supposed to be clones of one of the Fett characters (and I don’t care enough to look up which one).

Jango Fett. And the stormtroopers after the time of the Clone Wars (the war with the Separatists) were not just clones. They recruited soldiers and sent them to the planet of Carida for training. Yes, it’s scary that I actually know that.
Not only were non-clones recruited after the Clone Wars, but during the time of the Empire of the Hand - one of the successor states to the Galactic Empire - which was ruled by Admiral Thrawn even non humans were allowed to join the ranks of stormtroopers:

“As long as your world is a member of the Empire of the Hand, you’re eligible.”
